Lucas Moura stunned Ajax as Tottenham proceed into the Champions League final thanks to a 3-2 come back victory over the Dutch side in Netherlands yesterday.
Ajax took the first-half 2-0 lead through Matthijs de Ligt and Hakim Ziyech and when it seemed Ajax would continue with their fairytale, Lucas Moura stole the show with his hat-trick; scoring twice as early as possible in the second half before securing the winner late in stoppage time.
The tie ended 3-3 aggregate but Tottenham proceed on away goal rule, getting into their first ever European Cup/Champions League final. It's going to be an all English final in the Champions League final as Tottenham set up against Liverpool in Madrid on June 1.
Tottenham are the second side in the history of Champions League to lose a semi-final first leg at home and still progress into the final.
The final will be the third major European final where two English sides will clash, the last time being the Champions League final between Chelsea and Manchester United in 2008.
Matthijs de Ligt is the fourth teenager to ever score in the Champions League semi-final.
England have since the start of the competition had more teams in the final of the Champions League/European Cup than any other country as Tottenham become the eighth side.
Dusan Tadic has scored 34 goals and provided 21 assists in all competitions so far this season.
Lucas Moura is the fifth player to score a semi-final hat-trick in the Champions League, the first since Cristiano Ronaldo for Real Madrid against Atletico Madrid in May 2017.
