Aston Villa progressed into the championship playoff final thanks to a 4-3 penalty win over West Brom.



Following their 2-1 lead from the first leg at Villa Park, West Brom won 1-0 last night with a goal from Craig Dawson to take the aggregate to 2-2 and hence unto penalties where Tammy Abraham scored the decisive penalty to take Aston Villa into the final.

Aston Villa will now face in the final at Wembley the winner from the encounter between Leeds United and Derby County tonight.
