Liverpool thrashed Huddersfield 5-0 to move top of the Premier League table thanks to a very early goal from Naby Keita and braces from Mohamed Salah, Sadio Mane.
Jurgen Klopp's side showed no sign of pressure as they move to 91 points on the table, two points ahead of second Manchester City who have a game in hand.
Liverpool have now won 10 consecutive games in all competitions, their best run since winning 11 at a stretch in May 2006. They are now unbeaten in 19 games in all competitions, the highest since a run of 20 games in 1995/96 season.
Huddersfield are already relegated and they have now lost 28 Premier League matches this season.
Liverpool have gathered a total of 50 points at Anfield this season, their best ever home return in a single Premier League campaign.
Salah is the third player to ever score 20+ goals for Liverpool in consecutive Premier League seasons, taking after Robbie Fowler and Luis Suarez.
