    Eden Hazard moves Chelsea to third

    Eden Hazard celebrates scoring a brace for Chelsea

    Eden Hazard singlehandedly took Chelsea to third on the Premier League table after scoring a brace in the club's 2-0 win over West Ham. Hazard scored one goal each in each half to bring Chelsea to a strong position in the fight for top-four.
    Chelsea are now 3rd with 66 points, two points about 4th Tottenham and three above Arsenal who are 5th. West Ham meanwhile are 11th with 42 points, four points behind 10th Watford and three points above Crystal Palace who are 12th.

    The last time Chelsea lost a home League game against West Ham was September 2002.
    West Ham has only scored once in their last seven away Premier League games.
    In 20 home Premier League matches, Chelsea have only lost once.
    Hazard now has 19 goals in all competitions so far this season, his best so far for the club, level with his 2014/15 season.
    Hazard has scored six and provided five assists in his last 10 Premier League games at home.
    Ruben Loftus-Cheek has now scored two goals and assisted two in his last three Premier League matches for Chelsea.
