Real Madrid have sacked Santiago Solari and reappointed former boss Zinedine Zidane with the contract running until June 30, 2022.
The Bernabeu side sacked Solari following a series of bad results which saw them lose all potential trophies in a space of a week. It has been however revealed that the players requested for a Zidane's return and opted against giving Jose Mourinho the job.
