Lionel Messi scored his 33rd La Liga hat-trick to give Barcelona the win over Real Betis

Lionel Messi singlehandedly thrash Real Betis thanks to a stunning performance which saw the Argentine bag his 33rd La Liga hat-trick and Real Betis fans took a bow after chanting his name.
The match ended in a 4-1 win as Luis Suarez also got on the score sheet. Barcelona are now 10 points clear at the top of the La Liga table with just 10 games remaining. Their nearest rival is Atletico Madrid who are second with 56 points, Real Madrid are however third with 54 points.

Sadio Mane starred for Liverpool in win over Fulham

Liverpool move two points clear at the top of the Premier League table thanks to a hard-fought 2-1 victory over Fulham. Sadio Mane scored in the first half, Ryan Babel equalized in the second half but a well taken James Milner penalty won it late for Liverpool after Mane was brought down in the box. Liverpool are first with 76 points, two points above Manchester City who have a game in hand.

Fulham have lost all 11 Premier League games against the big six this season.
James Milner has now extended his record of never losing a Premier League game in which he scored, that sum up to 51 matches with 40 wins and 11 draws.
Sadio Mane has now scored nine goals in the Premier League in 2019, joint with Manchester City's Sergio Aguero.
Roberto Firmino has provided his last seven Premier League assists for either Mohamed Salah or Mane.

Richarlison and Siguardsson scored against Chelsea

Chelsea slip as Everton dent the Blues' top-four hope. Richarlison and Glyfi Siguardsson were on target for Everton as they keep back-to-back clean sheets at home in the Premier League for the first time since October. Chelsea had much of the first half to themselves but could not capitalize on the opportunity and failed to come level with Arsenal who are fourth on the league table. Fight for top four continues but Maurizio Sarri's side look to be on the losing side.
