Tottenham thrash Borussia Dortmund

| Tottenham in pole position to qualify for the Quarter final |
Tottenham swept aside Borussia Dortmund with a late fantastic display beating the German side by 3-0 scored by Heung-min Son, Jan Vertonghen and Fernando Llorente even in the absence of both Dele Alli and Harry Kane.
Tottenham have now put themselves in a pole position to qualify for the quarterfinal of the competition as three un-replied goals will be a tough ask for Borussia Dortmund to overcome but because it is football, we never can tell, everything is possible.
Real Madrid got the first leg advantage over Ajax in Netherlands thanks to a controversial 2-1 victory as VAR came into place in some occasions most especially when Ajax's second goal on the night was cancelled because of an alleged offside in the build-up to that goal. Karim Benzema scored and Marco Asensio also scored late to win it for the Santiago Bernabeu side.
Ajax have now lost their last seven matches against Real Madrid in European competitions conceding 22 and only scoring three.
Vinicius Junior has now provided eight assists for Real Madrid so far in all competitions, more than any of his teammates.
Sergio Ramos became the seventh player to make 600 appearances for Real Madrid.
