    Manchester City won comfortably yesterday

Manchester City moved into the FA Cup quarter final in style after ending Newport's dream with a 4-1 victory.
Phil Foden starred with a man of the man performance scoring a brace in the process. Leroy Sane and Riyad Mahrez also got on the score sheet.
City remain in all four possible competitions, keeping a chance to win this season the quadruple alive.
City have now reached the FA Cup quarter final for the first time since 2016/17 and their 25th time ever.
Sane has scored 12 and assisted 13 in all competitions this season having a hand in as many as 25 goals of his 32 appearances for City. He has been involved in nine goals in his last eight games.
Gabriel Jesus has also scored 16 goals and provided five assists for City in 34 matches this season.
Newport star Amond has scored as many as five goals in the FA Cup this season, more than any other player. He has scored one goal each since the first round of the competition.

Lucky Barcelona secured a 1-0 victory over Real Valladolid thanks to a Lionel Messi's penalty goal. The Camp Nou side could however have had more goals but Luis Suarez, Kevin Prince Boateng both missed a lot of clear chances and Lionel Messi also lost a second penalty on the night. They now stand on 54 points still top of the table, just seven points above Atletico Madrid who are second.
