| Gabriel Jesus scored a brace for City last night |
Gabriel Jesus was at the double as Manchester City closed the gap at the top of the table to four points thanks to a 3-0 win over 10-man Wolverhampton.
Jesus scored both his goals in the first half, the first from open play from a Leroy Sane assist and the second from penalty after Raheem Sterling was brought down. The third goal was an own-goal scored by a Wolves player Coady. Manchester City are still second but with 53 points while Wolves are 11th with 29 points.
City are yet to lose in the 20 Premier League matches in which Jesus has scored, they've only drawn one.
Leroy Sane has since the start of last season provided 23 assists in the Premier League, five more than any other player.
David Silva became City's all time leading appearance in the Premier League with his 267th game last night, overtaking Joe Hart who had 266 for the club.
Wolves failed to have a single shot on target in the match, their first time in the Premier League since against Everton May 2012.
