Tottenham put more pressure on the top of the table after trashing Everton away from home with a 6-2 victory.
Heung-min Son and Harry Kane both scored a brace each while Dele Alli and Christian Eriksen each got a goal. Tottenham are still third with 42 points, just two points behind second Manchester City. Everton meanwhile are now 11th with 24 points. The league is a little bit more intense and as it stands, it looks like something that would go down until the last day.
This season is the first season since 1985/86 to see at least three different clubs with 40+ points by Christmas.
Everton have conceded as much as six goals for the third time ever in the Premier League and all three times have been against London teams; Tottenham, Arsenal and Chelsea.
Jordan Pickford has made three errors leading to goal in the Premier League this season, more than any other player.
Tottenham are yet to lose in 36 Premier League matches in which Dele Alli has scored.
