Arsenal burgled their way into the top four thanks to a 4-2 comeback victory over 10-man Tottenham in an all-action North London derby match.
The Gunners took the unexpected early lead through a Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang penalty after Jan Vertonghen had handed the ball in the box. Tottenham managed to equalize through an Eric Dier header from a Christian Eriksen's cross and Tottenham took the lead four minutes later through a Harry Kane penalty after Rob Holding had allegedly tripped Heung-min Son in the box.
The second half brought something different as Arsenal made two changes before the restart with Henrikh Mkhitaryan and Alex Iwobi making ways for Alexandre Lacazette and Aaron Ramsey and everything changed from there as Ramsey set up Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang's 10th Premier League goal of the season which left Hugo Lloris dumbfounded to make it 2-2. Ramsey later set up Alexandre Lacazette for Arsenal to take the lead through a shot which took a wicked deflection to go pass Hugo Lloris. That wasn't all, Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang later set up Lucas Torreira who finished coolly to take the game pass Tottenham at 4-2. All hope of a Tottenham comeback was lost after Jan Vertonghen was sent off following his second yellow card of the match.
