Arsenal and Manchester United settled for a draw at Old Trafford in a frantic match performance last night with both teams putting in a massive shift to battle to a 2-2 draw.
Arsenal got the first half lead after David de Gea failed to properly deal with Shkodran Mustafi's header from a corner and United however equalized before half-time through Anthony Martial with a cool finish. The second half was even more intense and Arsenal took the lead again through a Marcos Rojo own goal after a mixup with Alexandre Lacazette only for Jesse Lingard to equalize just after 14 seconds. Many more chances were seen thereafter with Arsenal seeing the best of them, but they weren't enough to get another goal in the back of the net. Arsenal move down to 5th same point with 4th placed Chelsea on 31 points while Manchester United remain 8th same points with Bournemouth and Everton who sit 6th and 7th with 23 points.
Jose Mourinho is unbeaten in all his nine home Premier League games against Arsenal, winning five and drawing four. He has only lost one of his 16 Premier League matches against them.
This is Arsenal's longest unbeaten run (20) in all competitions since November 2007 where they went 28 matches unbeaten.
Manchester United have conceded 10 Premier League home goals this season, one more than the total they conceded at home in the whole of last season.
Anthony Martial has now scored seven goals in his last seven Premier League starts.
Chelsea suffered a massive setback to their campaign with a second loss in their last three Premier League games as Wolves came from behind to secure all three points. Chelsea scored first through Ruben Loftus-Cheek but Wolves had a different approach in their locker and they secured all necessary points. Chelsea moved to 4th on the table level with Arsenal who are 5th with 31 points.
Wolves have scored each of their last nine goals at home in the second half.
Ruben Loftus-Cheek has now scored three Premier League goals in his last three games, as many as he scored in his previous 48 Premier League appearance combined.
Liverpool maintain the pressure on Manchester City at the top of the table thanks to a 3-1 comeback win at Burnley. James Milner, Roberto Firmino and Xherdan Shaqiri all got on the score sheet as Liverpool move to 39 points, just two behind table leaders Manchester City.
Liverpool have conceded a total of six goals in 15 Premier League games this season.
Burnley have only secured a total of nine points in their first 15 Premier League games this season.
