    BBC have made a five-man shortlist for the 2018 BBC's African Footballer of the Year Award which was compiled by a panel of football experts. The list is as follows; Kalidou Koulibaly, Medhi Benatia, Mohamed Salah, Sadio Mane and Thomas Partey. Voting will end December 2 and the winner will be announced December 14.
