Fellaini celebrates his goal with Jose Mourinho

Manchester United confirmed their place in the Champions League next round thanks to a very late winner from Maroune Fellaini after a tough encounter with Young Boys.
As scary as it looked for United out there last night, the most important thing is that they are into the Round-of-16 with one game against Valencia to spare.
Maroune Fellaini's goal was Manchester United's first goal at home in the Champions League since the past 275 minutes of action at Old Trafford.
The goal was United's first 90th winning Champions League goal since against Sporting CP in November 2007 by Cristiano Ronaldo.
Young Boys failed to manage a shot on target in this match despite having a total of 11 shots.
Manchester United meanwhile could only manage four shots on target out of a total of 21.
Romelu Lukaku made just nine touches in his 26 minutes of action and one of those touches was the assist for Fellaini's goal.

Manchester City fought twice from behind to secure a 2-2 draw at Lyon. Equalizers we're scored by Aymeric Laporte and Sergio Aguero as City secure a place in the next round with a game to spare.
Manchester City have qualified for the knockout stage of the Champions League for the last six seasons.
Lyon are yet to lose any of their first five group stage Champions League games for the first time since 2008/09.
Sergio Aguero has now scored in each of his last six away Champions League match, only Cristiano Ronaldo has a better stat of 12.
Maxwel Cornet scored three goals in both of his appearances against Manchester City.
David Silva has now provided a total of nine Champions League assists for Manchester City, more than any other player.

Joining Barcelona who had previously qualified for the next round are; Manchester United, Manchester City, Real Madrid, Juventus, Roma, Bayern Munich and Ajax.

Leicester City secured a place in the next round of the EFL Cup thanks to a 6-5 penalty win over Southampton after both teams played 1-1 draw.
