Liverpool continued their perfect start to the season with a brilliant 3-0 win over Southampton thanks to an own goal and additional goals from Matip and Mohamed Salah all in the first half.
Liverpool now have 6 wins from 6 matches with all 18 points as they lead the Premier League table.
Southampton boss Mark Hughes has now lost each of his last 6 games against Liverpool in the Premier League all with an aggregate of 17-3.
This is the third time in history that Liverpool will win their first six League matches of the season.
Liverpool are yet to lost any of their last 24 Premier League matches at home, drawing 8 and winning 16.

Manchester City were on fire as they smashed Cardiff 5-0 away from home. Sergio Aguero opened the scores with his 205th goal in 300 appearances for City, Bernardo Silva added the second, Ilkay Gundogan scored the third just before half-time while Riyad Mahrez got a brace to complete the scores as a second half substitute.
This is the first time Cardiff would lose a home League game with five-goal margin since April 1994.
Manchester City have scored 5+ goals in as many as 10 Premier League games since Pep Guardiola became the club's manager.
