Daniel Sturridge's late stunner cancelled out Eden Hazard's first half strike as Liverpool and Chelsea shared the points at the Stamford bridge.
Liverpool's 100 percent start to the Premier League season came to an end but their unbeaten run continues and they are now unbeaten in their first seven Premier League games for the first time since 2008/09 season. Chelsea also continue their wonderful unbeaten run in all competitions and questions have been asked as to whether Chelsea are now contenders for the League title this season after such a wonderful display last night. Chelsea are third on the table with 16 points while Liverpool are second with 18 points.
In their last nine Premier League home matches against Liverpool, Chelsea have won only two, drawn three and lost four.
Eden Hazard has scored his sixth Premier League goals this season from only nine shots on target. He is the present highest goal scorer.
Liverpool have now conceded only two first half goals in their last 13 Premier League outings and the two goals have been against Chelsea.
Eden Hazard has scored in as many as 38 home Premier League matches and has failed to end up on the losing side in those games, he has drawn four and won 34.
Only Olivier Giroud and Jermain Defoe who have 19 and 24 respectively have scored more goals as a substitute in the Premier League than Daniel Sturridge who has 17.
Sturridge became the seventh player in Liverpool's history to score as many as 50 Premier League goals.
Arsenal made it fifth win in a row thanks to a late 2-0 win over Watford at the Emirates stadium. An own goal from Cathcart opened the scores late in the second half, only for Mesut Ozil to add the second few minutes later. Arsenal have moved up to 5th with 15 points.
Watford have drawn two, lost 12 and won only one of their last 15 away Premier League games.
Watford have since returning to the Premier League in 2015-16 season scored as many as seven own-goals, more than any other Premier League team.
Arsenal are joint with Manchester City in the number of goals scored by a team in the second half so far this season both with 10 goals.
Bernd Leno is now the eighth Germany international to fixture for Arsenal in the Premier League. Only Manchester City have had more with 10.
Mesut Ozil has now scored two goals in his last three Premier League matches, he managed just two in his previous 18.
Since Alexandre Lacazette made an Arsenal move last season, he has scored 16 Premier League goals and assisted 6, five more than any other Arsenal player.
Manchester City go top of the Premier League table with 18 points thanks to a 2-0 home win over Brighton with goals from Raheem Sterling and Sergio Aguero.
Brighton have now had a total of five points in their last 17 away Premier League matches and those five points are from five draws.
Raheem Sterling has now scored 22 Premier League goals and assisted 13 other (a total of 35) for Manchester City since the start of last season. Only Harry Kane and Mohamed Salah have been involved in more with a total of 38 and 46 respectively.

Manchester United lost their third Premier League game of the season as West Ham smashed Jose Mourinho's side 3-1 with goals from Felipe Anderson, own goal from Lindelof and another strike from Marko Arnautovic. Marco Rashford's goal had no significant effect and Manchester United are now in 10th position with 10 points from seven games, their worst start to the season from seven games since 1989/90.
This is the first time West Ham would beat Manchester United by a 2+ goal margin in the Premier League since 1982.
Manchester United have scored a total of three own-goals in the Premier League in 2018, more than any other club.
David De Gea kept six clean sheets in opening seven Premier League games last season, he has only managed one so far this season.
Marko Arnautovic has been directly involved in 17 Premier League goals in 2018, only Mohamed Salah has been involved in more with 24.
Harry Kane was in fine form scoring a brace as Tottenham beat Huddersfield 2-0. Tottenham moved into the top four with 15 points.
Huddersfield have failed to find the back of the net in all of their home Premier League games so far this season.
Tottenham have won 10 and drawn three of their last 15 Premier League away games and they are unbeaten in their last eight matches against Huddersfield in all competitions with five wins and three draws.
This is the first time Huddersfield will fail to win any of their opening seven league games since 1997-98 season.
Tottenham have found the net in 32 of their last 33 Premier League matches, failing to score only in their 0-1 loss to West Brom in May.
Harry Kane is the fifty highest scorer of all time for Tottenham with 145goals in 221 appearances.
In La Liga, Barcelona were held to a 1-1 draw at home against Athletic Bilbao while Real Madrid battled to a 0-0 home draw against Atletico Madrid in the Madrid derby.
In the Serie A, Juventus secured a 3-1 win over Napoli as Mario Mandzukic bagged two goals and Cristiano Ronaldo made two assists.
